SOME dark and devilish fun awaits those who fancy getting crafty this half-term.

Making Space craft centre, in Bishopstoke Road, Leigh Park, has events running throughout the week.

There is T-shirt designing on Monday and a chance to make ugly gargoyle faces using clay on Wednesday.

On Friday Sharon Justice will be making scary masks using recycled materials.

But first, this Saturday is the Big Draw Mudrock Sculpture Event.

Mudrock, which is bandages soaked in plaster, and balloons will be used to create 3D heads, animals and monsters.

The mudrock sets quickly and can be painted at the workshop.

All workshops run from 10am to midday and cost £7 per child, per session. Booking is essential. All those taking part must be over seven.
