FIREFIGHTERS managed to stop a shed fire spreading to a neighbouring garden.

The blaze broke out in the shed at the back of a bungalow in Abbeyfield Drive, Fareham, at 1.30pm on Friday.

It is not known how the fire started but it quickly took hold.

Crew manager Paul Campbell said: ‘It was pretty much all gone by the time we got there.

‘There was a lot of stuff in there and it could have been electrical. It was right next to another shed so we were lucky to stop it spreading.’
