A MAN was treated for cuts to his leg and chin after his motorcycle collided with a car.

The collision happened in Botley Road, Swanwick, shortly before 9.15pm on Thursday.

A 26-year-old man from Fareham was treated by paramedics for his injuries.

The car driver, a 49-year-old man from Southampton, was not injured.

Emergency services closed the road while they attended the scene and while both vehicles – a Toyota Corolla and a Honda motorbike – were recovered.
