EMSWORTH’S fire station will throw open its doors to the public.

The Christmas open morning takes place from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, December 7, at the station in North Street.

Perry Dodgson, watch manager for Emsworth, said: ‘This will be in support of The Fire Fighters Charity and Aurora New Dawn, a charity providing support for victims suffering domestic abuse and sexual violence. There will be many activities for children, including dressing up in fire kit, practical interactive sessions, and several competitions.’

Cakes and a glass of mulled wine will be offered to every guest.
