BUDDING film-makers have just two weeks to enter a competition to capture the heart of one of the country’s most beautiful national parks.

There is £500 up for grabs in the South Downs National Park Authority’s short film contest, which closes on January 25.

The film must be three minutes or less, telling the story of what the South Downs National Park means to you.

The judges include Downton Abbey star Hugh Bonneville, Emily Kyrakides, programme producer from leading South East digital agency Lighthouse and Rebecca Watkin, a Cinecity Brighton film festival judge and acclaimed producer.

The second prize is £300 and £200 to the third prize winner.

The winning films will be screened at the official launch of the new South Downs Centre in Midhurst, in August.
