Motorcyclist injured in Portsmouth crash

Have your say

FIRE fighters in Gosport came to the rescue of a diabetic man who had collapsed in his home.

They were sent out to a ‘special service call’, which is a call-out involving something other than a fire, at Rydal Road.

The man had collapsed behind a door, which the firefighters had to break down for the South Central Ambulance First Responders to reach him.

The call was made shortly before 8pm yesterday, and a spokesman said the gentleman involved was treated and recovering.
