COMMUTERS faced queues at the Langstone roundabout after a vehicle caught fire during rush hour yesterday.

A spokeswoman from Hampshire Fire and Rescue said a Ford Transit van caught fire on a westbound sliplane of the A27 in Havant near the roundabout about 5.15pm.

Firefighters from Havant and Cosham fire stations donned breathing apparatus and used a hose to put out the fire.
