A WOMAN was rescued from her car after a crash.

It happened at 11.15am at the Rusty Cutter roundabout in Bedhampton yesterday.

The 68-year-old suffered whiplash in the two-car crash and firefighters had to cut the roof off her vehicle to get her out.

The fire service said she was taken to Queen Alexandra Hospital, in Cosham.

Three appliances from Cosham station were called to the crash.

No-one else was injured.
