Firefighters rescue elderly woman in Gosport
FIREFIGHTERS came to the rescue of an elderly woman who fell over while cooking her dinner.
One appliance from Gosport attended Ashley Court in Leesland Road at 5.30pm after a passerby sounded the alarm before a fire broke out.
The pensioner was left ‘shocked’ but did not need medical care.
