Firefighters scrambled after fire breaks out in Gosport

TWO sheds and one conservatory were destroyed by fire after a blaze broke out.

Three homes in a terrace in St James Road, Chichester, were also smoke and heat damaged.

Crews were called to the properties just before 4am today and were at the scene for more than two hours.

Around 25 firefighters from Chichester and Bognor Regis tackled the blaze.

There were no injuries and the cause of the fire is thought to be accidental.
