HUNDREDS of pounds was raised by a fitness group.

Members of the AMS Fitness group, in Waterlooville and Chichester, raised £700 for Canine Partners from their annual raffle.

Steve Ford, a representative from the charity, which trains dogs for people with disabilities, went along with his dog Quigley to the group’s weekly session to receive the cheque.

Alison Stevens, who set up AMS Fitness, said she delighted with the amount raised and thanked people who donated prizes for the raffle.
