FLOODING caused fire alarms to go off at a block of flats.

Fire crews from Southsea, Cosham, Havant and Fareham were called to Horatia House, in Portsmouth, yesterday evening.

The alarms at the high rise building, on Meriden Road in Somerstown, sounded at 4.09pm.
