Fond memories of days when Portsmouth ran its own bus company

Today and for the next two Mondays Remember When makes a lingering circuit of Portsmouth through the ages aboard corporation-only buses.

This week we’re mainly at the old bus depot at Eastney, but end our journey at Southsea.

And, as always, we’re in the company of photographer and bus fan John Kirby, of Stubbington Avenue, North End, Portsmouth.
