THE ROWANS Hospice will benefit from a football tournament and family fun day.

Tony Wilkins, from Dunham Bush Football Club of the Havant Sunday Football League, will host the tournament at Havant Rugby Club, Hooks Lane, on Saturday.

It begins at 8am and there will be lots of activities for the family from 10am to 4pm.

Mr Wilkins said: ‘Last time we raised £3,000 and had a tremendous response from local businesses who donated lots of great raffle prizes.

‘We are encouraging prize donations to make this year an even bigger success than last.

‘We have a bouncy castle, laser quest arena, catering and refreshment facilities, charity awareness stalls and face painting.

‘There is more than just the football to entertain the family.’
