YOUNGSTERS enjoyed a day of fun at a summer fair with a serious side.
Staff and parents at the Growing Places nursery in Fareham organised an event to raise cash and awareness for Brain Tumour Research.
Families were entertained all day with a stunt cycle display, mobile farm, and barbecue.
People baked cakes and played games on Saturday to raise funds for the research charity.
The summer fair was held in memory of Ross Pearman, whose wife Amanda is a parent at the nursery.
Ross died in February last year at the age of 35 after being diagnosed with a brain tumour.
