Fundraisers thank those who helped at Gosport event
SUPPORTERS of a cancer charity have thanked people for turning out to a fund-raising event.
Veronica and Friends raises money for Macmillan Cancer Support and raised £476.31 at its Carols by Candlelight event and street collection in Alverstoke Village on December 9.
There were performances from Paul Pilot and his singers. Businesses also offered their support.
