A TEENAGE girl was rescued by firefighters after she fell off her bike.

The 15-year-old had trapped her leg in the full-suspension bike, with the limb becoming stuck near one of the large springs.

Firefighters said the girl possibly suffered a broken foot in the incident at 10.26am yesterday in Frendstaple Road, in Waterlooville.

An ambulance crew attended and treated the girl.
