Give feedback on home provided by Hampshire County Council

SURVEYS are being sent out for people receiving home care to give their views on the service.

Healthwatch Hampshire is sending the surveys to people who get domiciliary care from Hampshire County Council.

They want patients or carers to fill out the survey as part of their research into what areas work well and where it can improve.

Steve Manley, manager at Healthwatch Hampshire, said: ‘This is a fantastic opportunity for everybody who receives funded care at home to have their voice heard.’

The surveys need to be returned by December 16.
