A LIBRARY hosted a fashion show with outfits made up from charity shops in Gosport.

Gosport Discovery Centre put on its Second Chance Fashion Show on Wednesday night.

The charity shops that attended and contributed were Age UK, British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK, PDSA, The Rowans Hospice, The Salvation Army and Scope.

The night saw staff from the shops and discovery centre model the outfits to a variety of tunes.

It was a successful evening with Ben Clabon as compere and Stuart Lovibond, from volunteer group Loud and Proud, operating the sound system.

After the show the ground floor was bursting with activity as each shop held a stall selling clothing and other items.

Visitors enjoyed the show and made use of the centre’s Bookworm Cafe, which provided drinks and refreshments for the evening.
