Gosport library to host historic talk
THE history of a two areas in a town will be told as part of a library's monthly event.
This Friday Elson library, in Gosport, is hosting Joy Hammond as part of its Hot Topic mornings.
Ms Hammond will be giving an illustrated talk on the history of Bay House and Alverbank.
It is between 10am and 11am, at the library Chantry Road, and it is free.
There is no need to book and visitors can enjoy a tea or coffee for 20p.
