MEMBERS of a rotary club have raised money to send pupils on a trip.

Gosport Rotary Club has donated £250 to Haselworth Primary School for the children to travel to Osmington Bay, near Weymouth.

During the five-day trip the pupils from the Gosport school will take part in a number of outdoor activities and challenges.

Member Peter Hitchcock presented the cheque to headteacher Emma Steele.

The club have raised the money from a number of events held during the year. They have been supporting the school for a number of years.
