VOLUNTEERS are needed to take part in The Great British Spring Clean next month in Warsash.

Fareham Borough Council is encouraging the community to take part and join council staff members to clean up the area around the public toilets near the car park on Warsash Road.

Executive member for Streetscene, Councillor Tiffany Harper said: ‘The Great British Spring Clean encourages us to work together as a community to improve the landscaping around our villages. We would encourage all residents to take part, not just in Warsash, but across the borough.’

The event will take place in Warsash Village on Friday, March 2 from 10am-2pm.
