HAMPSHIRE Autistic Society is looking for brave people to tackle the Spinnaker Tower in a charity abseil.

Daredevils will abseil down the tower on May 6, and the Whiteley-based society is looking for people to take up the challenge and help raise some much-needed funds.

Hampshire Autistic Society’s events fundraiser, Dawn Ingram, said: ‘We are looking for courageous individuals to take on this exciting challenge and help us raise thousands of pounds to support people with autism and those connected to them.’

The event costs £50 to register and the charity asks for everyone to raise £200 in sponsorship.

To take part, call Dawn on 01489 880881 ext 208 or e-mail dawn.ingram@has.org.uk.
