Hampshire conservation expert set to give public talk on Havant's biodiversity

BIODIVERSITY will be the subject of a public talk in Havant this week.

The event hosted by Dr David Rumble from the Hampshire Wildlife Trust is part of a campaign to raise awareness of the local environment before Havant Borough Council publishes its Local Plan in January.

Dr Rumble's talk will explore nature in the borough, as planners continue to deliberate over which land in the area is best suited for future development to meet housing need.

The talk will begin at 7pm at the Havant Meeting Place at the United Reformed Church at 37 North Street, PO9 1PP.
