A POPULAR harbour footpath has been given a ‘much-needed facelift’.

The Friends of Chichester Harbour and the Chichester Harbour Conservancy grouped together to transform the footpath running along the Bosham foreshore from Shore Road.

Judith Meagher, countryside officer at the conservancy, said: ‘The rangers and volunteers have done a wonderful job.

‘They have totally transformed this footpath within a few hours.

‘This work will benefit both people and wildlife.’

There were 27 volunteers involved.
