A HAVANT man has died after being hit by a lorry.

Surrey Police were called to the A31 Hog’s Back in Surrey on the Guildford bound carriageway near Puttenham earlier after reports that a man had been struck.

The victim, a 30-year-old man from the Havant area, was pronounced dead at the scene following the collision, which happened shortly after 10am.

The eastbound carriageway of the A31 remains shut while accident investigators work at the scene.
