Havant woman donated £600 to Rowans Hospice
KIND Beryl Brown decided to swap birthday presents for a donation to The Rowans Hospice.
The 75-year-old, from West Leigh in Havant, donated £600 from proceeds at her party.
She presented the cheques at the Leigh Park Trade Union and Working Men Club on Tuesday.
Beryl was thanked by Anne Powell, a trustee at the Purbrook-based hospice.
