A CAMPAIGN is encouraging families to get active and be healthier.

National Charity Partnership, a collaboration between Diabetes UK, the British Heart Foundation and Tesco, found 77 per cent of adults in the south east fail to meet the government guidelines on moderate exercise.

Adults are spending an average of 91 minutes a week exercising, much below the 150 minutes recommended.
