‘You don’t have to make radical changes’: Healthy food campaigners give out advice in Portsmouth

Have your say

IF YOU have any of the symptoms below then you may need to see your doctor.

Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust gives advice during Bowel Cancer Awareness month that aims to improve early diagnosis of the cancer and understanding of symptoms.

The trust has said if you are bleeding from the bottom, have a change in your bowel habit lasting more than three weeks, or have severe abdominal pain or a lump in your tummy, then see your GP.
