PEOPLE who are worried about debt, health and legal matters can find a range of information at a council’s second annual advice day.
More than 30 organisations will be at the event, at Havant Borough Council’s Plaza on Monday, where residents can get free help and advice.
Representatives from Housing Services, Citizens Advice Bureau, Jobcentre Plus, Hampshire police, Quit 4 Life and The Beacon Food Bank will be there.
There will also be food vouchers up for grabs for local supermarkets, children’s activities on offer and free refreshments available.
Councillor Yvonne Weeks said: ‘The council is listening to residents’ circumstances and are doing everything they can to help support families and individuals who find themselves in difficulties.
‘If you are worried come along and talk to an adviser, it really does help to talk through your issues and see if there is some help available that perhaps you were not aware of.’
The event is from 10am to 2pm.
