A DIABETES charity is supporting the bid for primary schools to be more aware of medical conditions.

Jill Steaton, south-east regional manager for Diabetes UK, said: ‘We are urging everyone, and especially 
parents, carers and people affected 
by diabetes in Hampshire, to have their say.

‘Tell the government what you think of care for children with Type 1 diabetes in schools.’
