TREKKERS have the chance to climb up Mount Kilimanjaro and raise money for an air ambulance charity.

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance is looking for experienced climbers to tackle Mount Kilimanjaro, in Tanzania, in February 2015.

At nearly 6,000m, Mount Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest mountain and the six-day trek is not for the faint-hearted.

The trek will be led by community fundraiser, James King.

He said: ‘This will be an important fundraising opportunity for us in 2015.
