THE King is coming to town to help raise money for a children’s hospice.

Naomi House Children’s Hospice, based near Winchester, has organised a special night of Elvis entertainment to help raise vital funds.

Award-winning Elvis impersonator Barry Paull will be singing all the King’s greatest hits.

Hilary Jukes, Naomi House fundraising co-ordinator, said ‘We help so many families from in and around Portsmouth so are really grateful to the local community for their support.

‘The Elvis night is just the first of a series of local events we are planning, including a karaoke disco night in Stamshaw and a summer gig at Southsea bandstand.’

The charity Elvis night will take place on Saturday, April 30, at Cosham Community Centre in Wootton Street, at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £10 and will include a hot meal. There will be a also be raffle with prizes.
