CARERS in Gosport and Fareham are being offered help to cope with the demands of the job.

Fareham and Gosport Clinical Commissioning Groups are running a free Look After Me course to help the 2,000 carers in the two towns.

It starts next month at St John’s Church, in Fareham, with six weekly sessions.
