GOLFERS are invited to support a new centre for disabled children.

Smile Support and Care provides respite care to children and young adults in a state-of-the-art building in Waterlooville.

A charity golf day will take place on May 10 at Waterlooville Golf Club, to help raise funds towards the upkeep of the centre, which was officially opened by Prince Michael of Kent last month.

Jess Zubaidi said: ‘Whether you are a keen golfer or enthusiastic beginner, do join us for this special event, which promises to be an enjoyable day’s golfing in aid of an excellent cause.’

Entry is £49 per player, and teams of four will enjoy 18 holes of golf, prize-giving and a meal. Go to or call (023) 8061 3084.
