Group to hold exercise class for people with lung diseases
A GROUP for people with breathing problems will be holding an exercise class.
Breathe Easy Southsea is inviting people with lung diseases to take part in its third fitness class.
It will be on February 6 at Mountbatten Leisure Centre, in Stamshaw, Portsmouth, and is part of the group’s maintenance programme.
They hope to hold another three classes in the near future.
It starts at 10am.
