SOUTHERN Health NHS Foundation Trust was set to face fresh questioning from MPs in parliament on Tuesday over its quality of care.

Fareham MP Suella Fernandes was appointed to chair the question and answer debate with Southern Health boss Katrina Percy.

It comes after the CQC issued a warning to the trust ‘to improve its governance arrangements to ensure robust investigation and learning from incidents and deaths, to reduce future risks to patients.’ It followed a CQC inspection held in response to a report exposing flaws in the investigation of deaths.
