FOOTBALL fans can get help to lead healthier lives ahead of Pompey’s game this weekend.
Health trainer champions, who promote healthy living in pharmacies across Portsmouth, will be at Fratton Park on Saturday before the game against Preston.
They will be offering fans a chance to have a check-up and to ask about healthy lifestyles or the NHS services on offer in their local pharmacies.
People will be able to find out their BMI – a measure of body fat based on height and weight.
They can also test their blood pressure and alcohol score, and take home information.
It will be the second time the health trainer champions have visited Fratton Park. They spoke to dozens of fans when they visited ahead of the Barnsley game in February.
This time there will be seven health trainer champions on the Pompey bus in the main car park from 1pm until kick off.
