MORE people have considered having their teeth removed and replaced with dentures, according to an investigation.

The BBC’s Inside Out South is looking at the state of Portsmouth’s teeth in a new investigation, which airs tonight.

Dentist Imran Azam set up a pop-up clinic in Commercial Road, and said: ‘It was almost like going back to the Victorian era. We’re in 2015 and people are dreaming of having their teeth out and see dentures the solution.’

It airs on BBC1 at 7.30pm.
