ENJOY festive singing at a hospice’s carol service.

The Rowans Hospice is inviting people to its annual carol concert in Portsmouth Cathedral, in High Street, Old Portsmouth.

There will be three choirs singing both traditional and contemporary carols, and afterwards there will be a festive fair for people to buy Christmas cards and a hospice calendar.

Tara Dacunha, community fundraiser, said: ‘We’re delighted to be holding our annual carol concert and festive fair at Portsmouth Cathedral.

‘As well as The Rowans Hospice Community Choir, Havant Pitchpipers and Mayville School Choir will be performing everyone’s favourite Christmas carols.’

The event is on Saturday, December 6, from 7pm.

Tickets for the event are £5 and can be bought in advance from The Rowans Hospice or any of its charity shops.
