PEOPLE who like to take fundraising over the edge have the chance to take part in a moonlit abseil down Spinnaker Tower.

The event is being organised by Over The Wall, which is based in Havant.

The charity works with children and young people aged between eight and 17 with life-threatening conditions, and give them a life-changing experiences.

And in order to carry out this work, the charity has organised a moonlit abseil down the tower in Gunwharf Quays.

Now the charity is looking for people to abseil 100m down the tower.

It can either be done during the day, or for the first time ever, during the cloak of darkness.

A charity ball is also being held from 7pm to midnight at the tower, which includes dinner, live music and special guests including patron actor Larry Lamb.

It takes place on Saturday April, 20. For more information, or to sign up, call (023) 9247 7110, email or go to
