It’s time to get walking to improve health

Southsea supermarket donates £500 towards hospital project

Have your say

DUST off your trainers and get walking.

That’s the message from Portsmouth City Council, which is encouraging residents to take part in Healthy Walks around the city for National Walking Month.

Healthy Walks are regularly run by the council and offer a free and different way for people to discover Portsmouth.

They are available to all ages and abilities and are run nearly every day of the week.

As well as the Healthy Walks, the council also offers guided tours. The trails include the Pubs of Portsmouth walk and the Nelson Trail.
