MEN are being encouraged to have a health and fitness test before they go to watch Pompey play.

On November 17, the Rowlands Pharmacy, Fit for Life event, is being held from midday to 3pm.

Football supporters are being offered a chance to speak to healthcare advisers for free, before the Blues take on Doncaster Rovers.

They can also have their blood pressure checked and get information on stopping smoking, weight management and alcohol awareness.

The health bus will be in the car park at Fratton Park.

Rowlands Pharmacy is working with Pompey in the Community, and supporting Ask Your Pharmacist Week, which focuses on ‘engaging men’.

All supporters taking a health check will be in with a chance to win a pair of match tickets.
