IT’S A partnership that has been going strong for the past five years.

And once again NatWest is on board with The News’ Best of Health Awards 2015.

For the sixth year running the bank is sponsoring the Dental Practice of the Year category.

Steve Cripps, specialist healthcare manager for NatWest, said: ‘We are pleased to continue our association with these prestigious awards and sponsor the Dentist of the Year.

‘We are pleased to back it for a further year having been involved since its inception five years ago.

‘This awards ceremony has grown tremendously, with an ever-increasing number of categories, over the past five years to become a major event in our calendar.

‘Everyone enjoys the ceremony immensely and the support all the professionals give to each other is tremendous.’

Mr Cripps’ job involves specialising in healthcare services.

He added: ‘Having worked in the healthcare arena, in these last eight years I have seen lots of changes across all areas of the NHS, which continues to bring fresh changes and challenges to both new and existing professionals.

‘With these challenges come many exciting opportunities but also financial headaches.

‘Being one of three experienced relationship managers specialising in the healthcare arena, with a large involvement within the dental market, our experience as a relationship team can help you overcome these challenges and other obstacles to success.

‘We work regularly with a wide range of healthcare professionals including regulators, accountants, valuers, lawyers, health and safety experts, property develops and planners.

‘This gives us the ability to approach deals “from both sides of the desk” and understand the different viewpoints of everyone involved.’

People have until Friday, July 3, to nominate their health hero.

The awards night takes place at Portsmouth Guildhall on October 9.
