A HEALTHCARE provider has adopted a new scheme of standards to better care for patients.

Allied Healthcare, which has a branch in Portsmouth, has adopted the new national ‘care certificate’ standards.

Allied Healthcare managing director Dr Richard Preece said: ‘This is a real boost for anyone who thinks they or a member of their family could benefit from the help of an experienced and reliable carer.

‘I’m delighted that we’re setting the pace in the care sector as the new care certificate has been introduced to provide the reassurance that’s so important for anyone who’s dependent on receiving care and support services.

‘We’re determined to provide a seamless and reliable service for customers in all our health and social care.’
