MORE than £2,700 was raised for local charities at a giant Christmas market at Petersfield’s Festival Hall.

The main beneficiary is Portsmouth Hospitals Rocky Appeal, with £1,000 going towards its £2.4m target for a futuristic robotic machine for precision keyhole surgery.
