These are the pictures that helped land a Portsmouth restaurant boss a court bill of nearly £2,800.

The photographs and descriptions on them were recorded by city council hygiene inspectors during a visit to the Hong Kong Tea Bar.

Portsmouth magistrates heard that the restaurant had to be closed temporarily in order to safeguard the public.
