VISITORS to St Mary’s Hospital will have to enter through a different entrance from next Wednesday.

Road users must enter the site from Rodney Road if they are visiting either the Portsmouth Maternity Centre, Amulree Day Centre, the education centre, estates office or the receipt and distribution depot.

Vehicle access to the rest of the hospital grounds will continue to be through the main entrance on Milton Road.

Pedestrian access is not affected to any part of the site. The temporary changes are being caused by NHS Portsmouth’s redevelopment of land at the hospital into an £18m community health campus.
