WALKERS and runners can take part in a charity event for The Rocky Appeal.

The Pub-to-Pub fundraiser is organised by the Portsmouth Joggers, and this year it takes place on Friday, December, 27, at 11am.

The 7.4mile course starts at the Ship and Bell pub in Horndean, goes to the Red Lion in Chalton, before heading back to Horndean.

Those who can’t run the course can take part in a three-and-a-half-mile walk.

Participants need to be at least 16 to run, and children walking must be with an adult.
