Have your say

PEOPLE aged over 65 have the chance to suggest ideas for activities.

Havant Borough Council is running a survey called Active Lives which aims to find out the types of healthy activities and opportunities that exist in the area and what people over 65 would like to see in the future.

Gil Robertson, health projects officer, said: ‘Let’s get the borough more active.

‘Exercising more regularly brings lots of benefits – both health and social.

‘It will make you live longer, keep you healthier and happier.

‘We are also offering opportunities for nutrition and healthy lifestyle courses.

‘In addition to completing the survey there is a chance to win one of five £30 Asda vouchers.

‘Make your opinions count and help us to make a difference.’

Surveys must be completed by Friday, October 31.
